Strategist

Precious Dorch-Robinson is a New York native who relocated to the DMV (DC, Maryland and Virginia) area. She has a strong background in news writing, editing and developing digital communications strategies for the nonprofit sector.

 

Her work has been published in the Osceola News-Gazette, NewsOne, CGTN America, RT America, American Public Health Association’s newspaper The Nation’s Health and the Council for Advancement & Support of Education’s magazine Currents.

 

Her passion for education and health has landed her in positions to help nonprofits navigate the social media space. Previously, she’s produced digital content for nonprofits such as the National Active and Retired Federal Employees Association (NARFE), Thurgood Marshall College Fund, YWCA USA, ONE Campaign, Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), Peer Forward and Gaston and Porter Health Improvement Center Inc. 

 

She's enthusiastic about the business of journalism and its impact on the public. Currently, she's a freelance writer and manages her health and entrepreneurship blog, Glo and Growth.
